By accessing our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Subscription availability, pricing, frequency, and other subscription terms will be disclosed at the time of subscription purchase and are governed by the Subscription & Recurring Orders section of these Terms.

We attempt to display product images and colors accurately but cannot guarantee your screen's display accuracy.

We reserve the right to limit sales to any person or region and to limit quantities. Product descriptions and pricing may change without notice.

We do not warrant that product quality will meet your expectations.

Section 7 — Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order placed with us.

We may cancel or reduce quantities per person, household, or order at our discretion.

You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase and account information.

For subscription purchases, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription orders according to the billing terms disclosed at checkout, until you cancel your subscription or it is otherwise terminated.

Section 7.5 — Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

We reserve the right to delay, refuse, cancel, or hold any order for suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or verification purposes.

We may request additional information from you prior to accepting or fulfilling an order.

Section 8 — Subscriptions & Recurring Orders

If you choose to purchase a TruSatva subscription, you agree to the recurring billing terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

• Recurring Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout unless you cancel before the next scheduled billing date.
• Subscription Price: The price applicable to your subscription will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated to you before you subscribe. Any applicable taxes or other charges will be disclosed as required.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription through your customer account or by contacting us at support@trusatva.com. Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the upcoming renewal charge.
• Already-Billed Orders: If a subscription order has already been billed and entered processing, cancellation of that particular order may no longer be possible. Any refund eligibility will be determined under our Refund & Return Policy.
• Future Renewals: Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been billed, processed, or shipped.
• Subscription Changes: Where available, you may modify your subscription, including applicable frequency or other available options, through your customer account or by contacting us.
• Failed Payments: If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, we may retry the payment or suspend or cancel the subscription until a valid payment method is provided.

Subscription orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

Section 9 — Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control.

These tools are provided "as is" without warranties. Your use of them is at your own risk.

Future new features or tools will also be subject to these Terms.

Third-party links may direct you to websites we are not affiliated with.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content and assume no liability.

Review third-party policies carefully before engaging in transactions with them.

Section 11 — User Comments, Reviews & Feedback

By submitting comments, reviews, testimonials, suggestions, or other materials ("Comments"), you agree that the information you provide is truthful, based on your actual experience, and does not violate the rights of others or applicable law.

You may not submit or assist in creating a review or testimonial that:

• Is false, misleading, or fabricated
• Claims an experience with a TruSatva product that you did not actually have
• Is submitted on behalf of another person or falsely represents the identity or experience of the reviewer
• Uses artificial intelligence or other tools to fabricate or materially misrepresent a customer's actual experience
• Fails to disclose a material connection, compensation, free product, or other incentive where disclosure is required

We do not require or condition incentives on the submission of positive reviews. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our content standards, but we do not prohibit or penalize customers for submitting honest negative reviews.

We are not obligated to keep Comments confidential, provide compensation for Comments, or respond to Comments.

You are solely responsible for the Comments you submit.

Section 13 — Errors & Inaccuracies

Occasionally, information may contain errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vedanta Wellness LLC, its partners, employees, and affiliates from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us.

We may terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms.

You remain responsible for any amounts due before termination.

Section 19 — Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our policies, form the entire agreement between you and TruSatva.

Section 19.5 — Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you agree to contact us at support@trusatva.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where the transaction was valid and fulfilled in accordance with these Terms and our posted policies.

Section 20 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
