Refund & Return Policy

At TruSatva, your sleep and satisfaction matter to us. We've created a fair and transparent return policy that allows you to try our Sleep Ritual while ensuring the product isn't misused.


1. 7-Day Try-It Guarantee (Opened Products) — First-Time Orders Only

You have 7 days from the date your first order is delivered to evaluate the product and decide if it is right for you.

To qualify for an opened-product return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trusatva.com
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions
  • The product must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of approval
  • You must return all remaining sachets/capsules
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

This guarantee applies to first-time customers only and to a customer's first subscription delivery. Subsequent orders, repeat purchases, and later subscription deliveries are not eligible under the Try-It Guarantee.

Opened items cannot be returned or refunded after 7 days of delivery.

This policy allows customers to genuinely try the product while preventing misuse of the guarantee.

2. 30-Day Returns for Unopened Products

If your product is unopened, unused, and sealed, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Email support@trusatva.com to initiate the return
  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions
  • Customer pays return shipping and should use a tracked shipping service
  • Refund will be issued once the unopened product is received, inspected, and approved
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no cost. Items reported after 48 hours may not be eligible.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to try a different flavor or product, you may return your unopened item within 30 days and place a new order once the return is approved.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened items after the 7-day Try-It window
  • Items missing original or remaining contents
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery
  • Products purchased outside trusatva.com
  • Subscription renewal orders after processing/shipment
  • Gift cards or promotional/free items

6. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • We initiate refunds within 3–5 business days of approval
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, we will refund or replace the order at no cost to you

7. Abuse & Fraud Protection

To ensure fairness for all customers, TruSatva reserves the right to decline:

  • Repeated opened-product returns
  • Suspicious refund patterns
  • Returns inconsistent with our policies

Our goal is to support genuine customers while preventing misuse.

8. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@trusatva.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the product (for opened returns)

We'll respond with full return instructions.

9. Subscriptions

If you have an active TruSatva subscription:

  • You may cancel at any time through your customer account or by emailing support@trusatva.com
  • Cancellation requests must be received before your next billing date to prevent the upcoming charge
  • Once a subscription order has been billed and entered processing, it cannot be canceled
  • Your first subscription order is eligible for the 7-Day Try-It Guarantee; subsequent subscription orders are not

10. Disputes & Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact support@trusatva.com so we can attempt to resolve your concern.

Chargebacks filed after a refund has already been issued, or chargebacks inconsistent with this policy, may be disputed with supporting documentation.
