Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 1st March 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop at trusatva.com.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may extend slightly — we will notify you if delays occur.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We work with major U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Standard Shipping

  • 3–6 business days after processing
  • Free for orders over $75
  • Free for subscription orders

Delivery estimates begin once the order leaves our warehouse and are provided by carriers as estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order size/weight, where applicable.

Free Standard Shipping applies to:

  • Orders $75+
  • All subscription orders

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • International destinations

We may expand shipping regions in the future.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier link

If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of placing an order, email us at support@trusatva.com.

6. Multiple Shipments

If your order includes items fulfilled from separate warehouses or at different times, they may arrive in multiple packages. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

7. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order:

  • Email us immediately at support@trusatva.com
  • We will do our best to update the address before the order ships
  • However, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn't receive your package:

  • Check with neighbors or your building management
  • Check with the carrier
  • Email us within 48 hours at support@trusatva.com

We will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier; however, TruSatva is not responsible for carrier-confirmed delivered packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the product + packaging
  • We will replace it at no cost to you

9. Return-to-Sender / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Undeliverable location
  • Unclaimed delivery

We will contact you. Reshipping fees may apply.

If you request a refund instead of reshipment:

  • Refund will be issued according to our Refund Policy
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

Summary:

  • Unopened, sealed products: Returnable within 30 days of delivery
  • Opened products: Eligible for refund only if you contact us within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy
  • Customer covers return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Refunds issued after inspection and approval

11. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order by emailing support@trusatva.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or shipment.

If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

12. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state/local tax laws.

We collect and remit sales tax in jurisdictions where required by law.

13. Carrier Delays & Force Majeure

Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Carrier disruptions or delays
  • Government actions or public emergencies
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

We will work with carriers to assist in resolving significant delays where possible.
