Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to all auto-renewing subscription purchases made through trusatva.com. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms and authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

1. How Subscriptions Work

When you start a TruSatva subscription:

• You are enrolled in an automatic recurring delivery program
• Your selected payment method will be charged on each billing cycle
• Your products will ship at the delivery frequency you choose at checkout
• Your subscription will continue until canceled by you

2. Billing & Payment

• Your payment method on file will be automatically charged at each renewal
• Billing occurs according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout
• Applicable taxes will be added where required by law
• Subscription orders ship free unless otherwise stated
• If payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or pause your subscription until payment is resolved

3. Subscription Pricing & Discounts

• Subscription pricing and discounts are shown at checkout before purchase
• Promotional discounts apply only as expressly stated
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time
• Any pricing changes will apply only to future subscription renewals

4. Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting support@trusatva.com.

You may:

• Cancel your subscription
• Skip an upcoming shipment
• Pause your subscription
• Change delivery frequency
• Update shipping address or payment method

To avoid your next renewal charge, cancellation or modification requests must be made before your next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been billed and entered processing, it cannot be canceled.

5. Refunds on Subscription Orders

• Your first subscription delivery is eligible for the 7-Day Try-It Guarantee under our Refund & Return Policy
• Subsequent subscription deliveries are not eligible for the Try-It Guarantee
• Unopened subscription orders may be returned in accordance with our standard unopened-product return policy

6. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring any cancellation, skip, or modification requests are submitted before your next billing date.

Failure to cancel before renewal may result in the next scheduled charge and shipment.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an issue with a subscription charge, please contact support@trusatva.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where the recurring charge was authorized and processed in accordance with these Subscription Terms.

8. Changes to Subscription Program

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our subscription program or these Subscription Terms at any time.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
